Jake and Elisa were wonderful to work with in their installation of a new hot water heater (to replace our 20-yr old one) for us. Their standards of communication prior to the installation: about our needs concerning the new unit, scheduling, updates, delivery of the heater and arrangement for proper conditions for the installation were excellent. They were on time, worked efficiently and gave us a very thorough introduction to the improved features of the new hot water heater concerning typical use like relighting the pilot light, the vacation setting, error codes provided a function light and what to check for about anything that usually might need to be adjusted by them after installation, and were fun to talk to.

Jake was on time & kept me informed on the repairs to our water heater. (Our dip tube deteriorated after 20+ years) He used language I could understand, not a lot of jargon. Several years ago, we had a plumbing issue and Jake came out to fix it. Several days ago, we had a different plumbing issue. Jake arrives on or ahead of time, is efficient, and guarantees his work. Very pleasant to work with and as well as competent. The job was more complicated than I'd expected and included work behind the kitchen sink. There were two items repaired. Granted, it's easy to lump contractors into the same group, but I can't tell you how many times we've been told by a contractor that they were going to come at a specific time and they didn't - or when they did come, they didn't end up fixing the issue. I had a pipe burst as I did not winterize properly before the cold weather hit. Lucky for me Jake from All-Ways Plumbing showed up quickly to handle the situation. He took care of the problem quickly and efficently (also went into my crawl space to check for water) and was also very kind and professional. Afterward he showed me how to turn off the main water valve as I had forgotten where it was. He also made some recommendations on what to do next with winterizing. I will definitely use All-Ways in the the future for all of my plumbing needs. They were competitively priced and the service made all of the difference in what could have been a terrible situation. When my hot water heater went out I started searching for plumbers. I got a few bids and then ran across Jake and Elisa with Always Plumbing. I went with them because their prices are reasonable, they are straightforward and very knowledgeable. Because I hadn't had hot water for a while, they did some creative scheduling to get me in as soon as possible. In less than a day I had a new hot water heater installed. Everything was completed efficiently, neatly and very professionally done. It was a snowy/wet day and they took pains to make sure to leave everything nice, dry and clean. I am absolutely thrilled with the work Jake at All-Ways did for my kitchen faucet and garbage disposal replacement. I had a leaking/broken disposal that needed to be completely replaced, and the faucet hoses were leaking quite a bit as well. Jake was able to replace the disposal same day. The faucet was in worse shape than I had realized, so Jake came out a few days later and replaced it for me after I picked the new faucet. Everything is working perfectly and looks fantastic! I also looked up what prices to expect for these kinds of repairs, and their prices are absolutely fair and on point with the current market. I am so happy and highly recommend All-Ways!
