I recently had the pleasure to use ALL-WAYS PLUMBING & CENTRAL OR WATERHEATERS, and they were amazing! I managed to drop my wedding ring down the shower drain, and was honestly having a bit of a panic. From my first call, Jake was super helpful and understanding. He gave me a fair quote and was confident about getting the ring back - which definitely helped in reassuring me that my wife wouldn’t divorce me. Jake and Elisa were wonderful to work with in their installation of a new hot water heater (to replace our 20-yr old one) for us. Their standards of communication prior to the installation: about our needs concerning the new unit, scheduling, updates, delivery of the heater and arrangement for proper conditions for the installation were excellent. They were on time, worked efficiently and gave us a very thorough introduction to the improved features of the new hot water heater concerning typical use like relighting the pilot light, the vacation setting, error codes provided a function light and what to check for about anything that usually might need to be adjusted by them after installation, and were fun to talk to.

Jake arrived as scheduled and quickly repaired the bib leak under the house. I had another issue I asked him to look at and he took care of that as well.

Several years ago, we had a plumbing issue and Jake came out to fix it. Several days ago, we had a different plumbing issue. Jake arrives on or ahead of time, is efficient, and guarantees his work. Very pleasant to work with and as well as competent. The job was more complicated than I'd expected and included work behind the kitchen sink. There were two items repaired. Granted, it's easy to lump contractors into the same group, but I can't tell you how many times we've been told by a contractor that they were going to come at a specific time and they didn't - or when they did come, they didn't end up fixing the issue.
