Several years ago, we had a plumbing issue and Jake came out to fix it. Several days ago, we had a different plumbing issue. Jake arrives on or ahead of time, is efficient, and guarantees his work. Very pleasant to work with and as well as competent. The job was more complicated than I'd expected and included work behind the kitchen sink. There were two items repaired. Granted, it's easy to lump contractors into the same group, but I can't tell you how many times we've been told by a contractor that they were going to come at a specific time and they didn't - or when they did come, they didn't end up fixing the issue. When my hot water heater went out I started searching for plumbers. I got a few bids and then ran across Jake and Elisa with Always Plumbing. I went with them because their prices are reasonable, they are straightforward and very knowledgeable. Because I hadn't had hot water for a while, they did some creative scheduling to get me in as soon as possible. In less than a day I had a new hot water heater installed. Everything was completed efficiently, neatly and very professionally done. It was a snowy/wet day and they took pains to make sure to leave everything nice, dry and clean. I believe you can trust them to determine what you need and get the job done right.
