I had a pipe burst as I did not winterize properly before the cold weather hit. Lucky for me Jake from All-Ways Plumbing showed up quickly to handle the situation. He took care of the problem quickly and efficently (also went into my crawl space to check for water) and was also very kind and professional. Afterward he showed me how to turn off the main water valve as I had forgotten where it was. He also made some recommendations on what to do next with winterizing. Several years ago, we had a plumbing issue and Jake came out to fix it. Several days ago, we had a different plumbing issue. Jake arrives on or ahead of time, is efficient, and guarantees his work. Very pleasant to work with and as well as competent. The job was more complicated than I'd expected and included work behind the kitchen sink. There were two items repaired. Granted, it's easy to lump contractors into the same group, but I can't tell you how many times we've been told by a contractor that they were going to come at a specific time and they didn't - or when they did come, they didn't end up fixing the issue. All-Ways Plumbing is a refreshing change. Now if only he knew how to build outbuildings ... (:
